The artist retains exclusive copyrights, including reproduction rights, of all artwork and content, both physical and published on this site. For licencing permission or queries, please contact the artist directly.
GENERAL NOTES
We do our best to accurately depict products on the site, but due to widely ranging screen, monitor and browser variations we cannot be responsible for any discrepancies which may occur between the received product and their online digital representations.
Unless otherwise noted, all prints and original artworks are sold unframed.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are sent out via Australia Post, a very reliable service.
Delivery costs do not include import duties and/or any local taxes or charges incurred at some destinations. These are payable by the buyer on receipt of goods.
Please note that all date/time estimates listed on this site are approximations only and may be affected by global and national holidays/events and rules/regulations associated with local post offices and governing bodies.
Unless otherwise stated/opted for, all orders are sent as ‘Standard Post’. In Australia ONLY, this includes tracking and signature on delivery
Australia Post estimates a ‘Standard Post’ delivery time of approximately 3-4 business days for domestic orders and approx 5-10 business days for international orders. These estimates are in addition to handling times, which vary across products. Please refer to individual product listings for handling times.
We are not liable for loss of packages incurred through the postal system. To opt for Insurance to cover the value of your order, please add 'Insurance Cover' to your cart.
We are able to customise shipping options beyond what is offered as standard to suit your needs and location, please contact us via email to arrange.
RETURNS
All sales are final.
All orders are thoroughly quality inspected prior to shipping. In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us immediately via email. All claims pertaining to damage from shipment must be asserted in writing within 5 days (preferably sooner) of receipt of the product or such claims are waived in perpetuity. All returns are to be shipped back to the artist at the buyer’s expense, unless otherwise agreed.
PRINTS: In the case of prints, please note any damage incurred by postal services will not be refunded. Please contact us to arrange a replacement if applicable.
TSHIRTS: Please check provided sizing and garment measurement information carefully before purchasing, as returns are only accepted on apparel deemed faulty. We strongly recommend measuring a similar item in your wardrobe as a benchmark. Please keep in mind that if you like your tshirt tight/snug/fitted, it will affect how the print appears. We ask that you contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods via email, if you believe you have received a faulty garment. Once assessed and at our discretion, we will replace the item for an identical item or if unavailable, issue a store credit for the original value of the item.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK: All original works are sold “as is” (including framing where applicable) and all sales are final. All original works are shipped with insurance to cover the item’s purchase value. Any shipment damage becomes a liability of Australia Post or alternative carrier service employed, and resulting insurance claims are approved at their discretion. We are not liable for any claims or damages not covered by Insurance.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS
All original works are sold “as is” (including framing where applicable) and all sales are final.
All original works are hand crafted items. There may be blemishes to the painted surface and minor variations to the substrate that are not considered flaws, but as imperfections to be embraced.
Please handle all original artwork with care and closely follow our "Caring For Original Artwork" guidelines below.
CARING FOR ORIGINAL ARTWORK
All original artworks are intended to be displayed indoors only; out of high humidity/heat/grease environments and direct sunlight. Over exposure to sunlight can be very wearing on artworks and potentially cause fading. Environments with extreme fluctuations in temperature and relative humidity can pose significant problems for preserving artwork and need to be mitigated by climate control systems.
It is recommended that unframed works be framed for optimum good looks and to keep the artwork protected. Ensure that all display fixings are properly installed and suitable for the wall and weight/size of artwork.
If required, the artwork may be dusted with a very light hand and clean, dry, scratchproof cloth. We suggest this is kept to a minimum and that embellishment (eq. glitter, metallic foils/leaf etc) and any mechanical components are carefully avoided.
Avoid touching the silver/gold metallic foil components of embellished artworks (these are very delicate) to prevent marring.
Please wear gloves and take much care when handling artworks that include mirrored glass embellishments, as the edges of these pieces pose a cutting risk to unprotected hands.
Do not handle the clock hands. To set the time or move the hand components, switch the clock 'off' and manually turn the wheel on the back of the clock movement to the desired position.
It is strongly recommended that wall clocks are wall fixed (as opposed to loosely placed on a horizontal surface) to prevent any accidental knocks that may damage the clock hands/mechanism.
Once handed over, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the integrity of the work is maintained. Please take good care of original artworks - I hope they bring you much joy!
